Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.
If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days after placing your order, please contact us.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately.
Svelare Studio is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery failures resulting from inaccurate shipping information supplied by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in working with the shipping carrier.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Svelare Studio is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
